Yes, we did. Unfortunately axe throwing has become less extreme and more of a habit these days so we decided to find a better way to express ourselves. For those of you who knew us as Extreme Axe, we promise to deliver the same great experience you came to know and love; and for those of you just learning about us we promise to get you hooked on our favorite habit!

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 POLICIES?

Here at Axe Habits safety is our number one priority, for both our staff and customers alike. We are happy to provide you with a face mask at no cost should you not have one. For any other questions regarding our sanitation procedures please feel free to call us.

CAN I REALLY THROW AXES?

Yes of course, that’s what we’re here for! We’ll make sure each participant throws safely in a supervised environment. We promise you’ll get the hang of it and love the experience.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Here at Axe Habits we encourage anyone of at least 8 years or older to join in the fun. We do ask that all minors be accompanied by an adult and a waiver be filled out by their guardians.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER?

Yes, anyone that enters the establishment must sign our waivers whether they are participating in an activity or not.

HOW DO I BOOK?

We do not take reservations over the phone, however, you can book at either our Miami or Palmetto Bey location easily on our Book Now page.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Walk-ins are of course welcomed but are based on availability, so we always recommend making a reservation online as they take precedence over walk-ins and will ensure your experience is secured.

WILL SOMEONE TRAIN ME ON HOW TO PROPERLY THROW AN AXE?

Absolutely! Everyone will be given a safety briefing upon arrival and each person will be individually taught the proper technique to throwing an axe. There is always time for improvement and should you struggle at first our coaches are determined to help you throughout your experience.

ARE FOOD AND CATERING OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

We do not provide any food on site aside from small items such as chips and candy bars to snack on, however, if you are planning a party or event of some kind please feel free to contact us either by phone or email to discuss catering options which are available upon request. You are always welcome and encouraged should you want to bring small platters, finger foods, or cake for special occasions. We do not allow any outside beverages as we do have a bar that serves a variety of sodas and water.

AM I ALLOWED TO DRINK WHILE I THROW AXES?

We do allow customers over the age of 21 to drink while participating in axe throwing, however, all employees are taught to identify intoxication levels and we reserve the right to stop you from consuming alcohol and ask you to stop throwing if we feel you have become a danger to yourself or others.

CAN I DRINK INSIDE THE ESCAPE ROOM?

We do not allow any beverages inside of our rooms. You are more than welcome to purchase drinks before or after.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Our only requirement is that you wear close toed shoes. If you were not aware of this rule prior to arrival we do provide shoe rentals for $2 in case of emergencies.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal on our booking system. In our stores we also accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and apple/google pay.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PARTICIPATE?

Our prices range from $25-60 per adult and start at $15 per child depending on the length of time you choose to throw for.

HOW LONG IS EACH AXE-THROWING SESSION?

 We provide 30, 60, 90 and even 120 minute sessions for you to choose from. Unfortunately our 30 minute sessions are only available for walk-ins.

WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?

DOWNTOWN MIAMI:

We do not offer onsite parking for our guests. However, there are several public parking options available nearby ( street parking on NW 8th. street/N. Miami Av. both sides, NE 1st. Av. next a Christ Fellowship Church), some street parking may be available on North Miami Avenue next to our building but please be sure to check posted signs and meter times. The closest public parking garage is at BrightLine Train Station, just one block walk from our property.

Please note that public parking rates and availability may vary. We recommend checking with the parking lot directly for current rates and availability.

PALMETTO BAY:

We offer onsite parking for our guests.

HOW DO I BOOK PRIVATE EVENTS?

Please contact whichever location you would like your event to be hosted at, either by email or phone and allow us to customize an axe throwing event just for you.
